About Nathan Meyers

Most voice actors can read your script. I can understand it.

Before I became a full-time voice actor, I spent years as a software developer — writing code, leading technical training, supporting enterprise clients, and explaining complicated systems to people who just needed things to work. I hold degrees in Physics and Computer Science, and I’ve spent a career turning technical complexity into plain language.

That’s a rare thing to find behind a microphone.

When your script involves APIs, compliance frameworks, medical terminology, or enterprise software workflows, I don’t need a glossary — I need a good mic. I’m at home with complex material, and I know how to make it sound approachable without dumbing it down.

Beyond my software development career, I’ve authored Java Programming on Linux (Macmillan), announced national events for US Figure Skating, and won on Jeopardy! — each a different kind of proof that I can deliver information clearly, confidently, and under pressure.

I work from a professional home studio in San Diego, and I partner with clients who care about getting it right.
